Shipping & Delivery
Deliveries within the UK is currently 48 hours subject to product availability.  All UK deliveries will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service, a signature may be required.  International deliveries may take longer depending on the location.  All international deliveries will be shipped by DHL  Express Worldwide courier service.  A signature will be required on these deliveries.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Shipping Outside the UK?  Please note that tax/duty maybe payable on the arrival of shipments into the destination country.   Different countries will charge different tax/duty.     Harmony Blue's prices do NOT include any duty or tax which may become liable and it is therefore the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements for the payment of any tax/duty payable.

Please also note, no refunds will be given to any shipment which is returned due to none payment of duty/tax in the destination country.

Returns & Replacements
We hope that you enjoy your purchases, however, should you need to return or replace items due to a manufacture fault, our policy is as follows:

A refund will be offered on items that clearly show a manufacturing fault.  The customer must notify Harmony Blue within 14 days of receipt of delivery. The refund will be returned to the card which was initially used to purchase the item.  We are sorry but we are unable to refund the delivery charge on returned items unless proof of manufacturing fault is established. Should you request a replacement for a returned item, you must first return the item in the same new condition it was sent, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.  You may then place a new order from the website. 

When trying on briefs/thongs/swimwear, please ensure they are tried on over your own clean underwear. Please also pay particular attention to perfume and smoke damage, lipstick and deodorants marks. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that items have been damaged or worn.  When returning items please remember to ensure that all tags, labels and packaging remain intact.  You can return your item(s) to Harmony Blue, PO BOX 1000, Southsea, PO1 9QA.

Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened or damaged. Certain products, such as thongs (not included within a set), are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. Items sold as a set can only be returned as a set.

Ordering
When placing your order, please check that all details entered are correct before submitting your order.  Incorrect details will cause a delay on shipping your order and may also cause your order to be cancelled. Please also ensure that you have order the correct size and colour. If you experience a technical problem when placing an order from our website, please contact Harmony Blue at: customerservices&#64harmonyblue.co.uk or call us on: 07975 668 532 to report the problem.  Please note, orders cannot be taken over the phone.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All orders must be paid in GBP (£) using one of the payment methods which are displayed on our website.  We are sorry but we do not accept any other currency but GBP (£), nor do we accept any other payment method.  All payments from this website will be processed through our trusted partner, Paypal.  However, please note, customers are not obliged to hold a Paypal account in order to use our website.  Just check in as a Guest when transferred to the PayPal website.  All our prices on the website are in GBP (£) Sterling. 
Should there be future promotions on items on the website, these will be displayed in GBP (£) and items will be clearly marked as included in the promotion.
Viewing Orders
To view your order, you must create an account on the website.  Creating an account will enable you to move through the checkout process faster.
Updating Account Information
Please remember to keep your account information up to date on the website.  Remember to also keep your address and contact details current as we may rely on these should we need to contact you about your order.
